The Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA) campus spans 14 acres and features an Administrative Building, Retreat Block, Director’s Residence, trainee accommodations, and residential apartments including 1-BHK and 2-BHK units. Trainees are provided twin-sharing rooms, access to high-speed Wi-Fi, and mess facilities serving vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals.

The course is structured to provide comprehensive theoretical knowledge, practical insights, and case-study-based learning in the evolving domain of insolvency and bankruptcy regulation in India.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess:
- An LL.B. degree or equivalent law bachelor’s qualification with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
- Final-year students appearing for qualifying examinations are also eligible.
- There is no upper age limit for applicants.

The LL.M. program spans two years.
