Eligibility
Direct Recruitment
Candidates applying through direct recruitment must hold a degree in law recognised by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate.
They must also have a minimum of three years of practice as an Advocate as on January 1, 2026.
Recruitment By Transfer
Candidates applying through recruitment by transfer must hold a law degree recognised by the Bar Council of India.
They must have completed at least three years of practice as an Advocate before appointment in the feeder categories.
They must also be an approved probationer in the eligible feeder posts.
