About the Opportunity
Vidhigya is inviting applications for the position of Associate Faculty – CLAT for subjects including Legal Reasoning, English, Logical Reasoning and Current Affairs.
The role is suitable for dedicated and dynamic candidates who are passionate about teaching, mentoring and guiding students preparing for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT). The selected candidate will be involved in classroom teaching, academic counselling, content development and student performance support.

Working Hours: 11 AM to 8 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week

Roles and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be required to:
Develop and design high-quality course content for the relevant CLAT section.
Conduct engaging online and offline classes covering concepts, strategies and exam-oriented preparation.
Provide one-on-one mentoring and academic guidance to students for improving their performance.
Counsel students and parents regarding CLAT preparation, exam strategy and career opportunities in law.
Conduct career awareness sessions on law as a career option in schools and institutions.
Create educational videos and content for Vidhigya’s social media platforms, including YouTube and Instagram.
Eligibility and Requirements
Candidates must be law graduates from a reputed law school.
They should have a strong understanding of the relevant subjects as tested in CLAT.
Applicants must have a passion for teaching, mentoring and student development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time-management skills are required.
Candidates should be comfortable with online teaching platforms and tech-enabled learning.
Prior experience in teaching or counselling is optional but preferred.
Selection Process
The selection process may include a demonstration class and/or interview to assess teaching ability and subject knowledge.
