About the Role

Royaloak Incorporation Private Limited is hiring a Legal Executive (Fresher) to assist with its legal and compliance operations.

The position is suitable for fresh law graduates who want practical exposure in corporate and commercial law.

Joining Requirement: Immediate, within 2–3 days.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements and lease deeds.

The role will also involve supporting franchise agreements and renewals, maintaining legal records, preparing legal notices and replies, coordinating with internal teams, conducting basic legal research and assisting the senior legal team in daily legal work.

Eligibility

Applicants must have an LL.B. degree.

Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of internship experience may apply.

Candidates should have a basic understanding of contract law and corporate law, along with good drafting and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Preference will be given to candidates based in Bengaluru. Knowledge of the local language will be preferred.

Applicants must be available for immediate joining within 2–3 days, have a strong willingness to learn, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess good attention to detail.
