Eligibility
Applicants must meet the prescribed eligibility requirements.
The candidate should be between 21 and 35 years of age.
Further, the candidate must be a graduate in law.
This includes an integrated law degree under the 10+2+3+3 or 10+2+5 pattern.
The degree must be from a School, College, University or Institute established by law in India.
In addition, the institution must be recognised by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as an Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court.
The candidate must have secured at least 50% aggregate marks.
Also, the applicant must have passed all examinations within the prescribed duration of the course.
Computer And Research Skills
Candidates should have good knowledge of computer operations.
They should also be familiar with commonly used software, including MS Office.
Moreover, applicants must possess strong research, analytical and writing skills.
They should be able to retrieve information from legal research platforms such as eSCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, CaseMine and similar databases.
Experience
Three years of experience in judicial or legal work is desirable.
The experience may be before the Supreme Court, High Court, Tribunal or any Court.
Remuneration
The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of ₹65,000.
