About the Journal
JIPS is a bi-annual, student-edited, peer-reviewed academic journal focusing on contemporary developments in intellectual property law and related areas. The journal was established in 2016 and aims to fill a critical gap in Indian academic publishing by providing an open-access platform for scholars, practitioners, and students to contribute and engage with important issues in IP, media, and technology law.
Submission categories
JIPS invites original, unpublished manuscripts — in the form of Articles or Notes — for Volume X, Issue I.
Themes
The subject matter should deal with intellectual property law or related fields, including media law, technology law, and allied domains.
