About The Job

AlphaSense is inviting applications for the post of Compliance Analyst.

The role is part of its India Compliance Review team.

Selected candidates will review expert call transcripts. They will also conduct compliance checks and identify possible concerns.

In addition, they will support global operations in a fast-paced work environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience are preferred.

Relevant experience may include work in research, compliance, legal support, or operations.

Candidates from roles such as paralegal, legal assistant, analyst, BPO specialist, or editorial specialist may apply.

However, prior experience is preferred and not mandatory.

Applicants should have:

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Good reading comprehension and proofreading skills

Drafting and research abilities

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time

Strong organisational skills

Ability to work independently

Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment

Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will review expert call transcripts.

They will identify and resolve issues involving material nonpublic information and confidential information.

They must follow internal protocols, applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Further, candidates will conduct due diligence reviews of calls.

They will also document violations in detail.

Where required, they must escalate non-compliance with Tegus sourcing guidelines.

In addition, the role requires advanced research.

Candidates will review financial reports and regulatory filings through internal databases and external resources.

This research will help assess whether relevant information is available in the public domain.

The role also involves internal and external communication.

Therefore, candidates must work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment.

They will also handle administrative tasks.

These tasks include inputting, tracking, and maintaining accurate data.
