About The Opportunity

Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is looking for a Proposal Strategy Specialist to manage and drive its proposal-to-engagement process across different practice areas.

The role is suitable for candidates with experience in proposal drafting, bid management, commercial documentation and client-focused legal or advisory support.

Roles And Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for drafting proposals, scope notes and fee structures.

The role will also involve customising proposals according to the client, sector and nature of engagement.

The candidate will coordinate with partners and internal teams, track proposals from draft stage to closure, and use AI tools to improve speed, quality and efficiency in the proposal process.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have 2 to 4 years of experience in proposals or bid management.

Candidates should be graduates in Law or Commerce.

The role requires strong writing skills, commercial drafting ability, attention to detail and the capacity to multitask.

Experience in legal, consulting or advisory setups will be preferred.
