About the Opportunity

Blueprint Legal is inviting applications for Associate positions and Assessment Internship roles in its corporate and transactional practice.

The opportunity is suitable for candidates interested in corporate, commercial and advisory work in a fast-paced legal environment.

Eligibility

For Associate Roles

Candidates must have relevant prior work experience in corporate or commercial legal work.

For Assessment Internship Roles

Final-year law students and recent graduates may apply.

Applicants must be able to commit full-time. Prior internship experience in corporate or commercial work will be preferred.

Candidates should have diligence, attention to detail, strong research and drafting skills, responsiveness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Selected candidates will assist with legal research and analysis, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate and commercial advisory work, and ongoing transactions and client matters.

Additional Information

The assessment internship may lead to long-term opportunities based on performance.

A work-from-home arrangement may be offered to suitable candidates.
