CLATalogue, Lawctopus’ online law entrance preparation platform, is inviting applications for the position of Head of Content. The role is remote, full-time, and offers a salary of up to Rs. 7.5 LPA.

About CLATalogue

CLATalogue is an online law entrance preparation platform by Lawctopus. It is designed to support students preparing for CLAT and other law entrance examinations.

The platform was launched on November 5, 2020, with the objective of providing high-quality, accessible and student-focused preparation resources.

At present, CLATalogue receives more than 1 lakh new readers every month.

Role Overview

CLATalogue is looking for a Head of Content who has a strong understanding of the CLAT ecosystem and can build, manage and scale high-quality content for law entrance aspirants.

The position is a leadership role involving content planning, execution, editorial supervision and team management.

Roles And Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, editing and publishing content for CLAT UG and CLAT PG preparation.

The role will also involve ensuring that all content meets internal standards of quality, accuracy and readability.

The Head of Content will manage and mentor a team of student contributors, develop new content initiatives in line with CLAT trends, and work closely with internal teams on content strategy and growth.

The candidate will also be required to conduct interviews, curate insights and create authority-driven content for the platform.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must have cleared CLAT UG with a rank under 5000 and CLAT PG with a rank under 1500.

Candidates must have 3 to 7 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in content or editorial roles will be preferred.

Applicants who are strongly interested in building a long-term career in content may also apply.

Prior experience with a CLAT coaching institute will be considered an added advantage.

Skills Required

Applicants should have excellent research and writing skills.

They must possess a strong understanding of the CLAT examination and preparation landscape.

The role also requires the ability to simplify complex concepts for students, manage and coordinate with teams, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Time Commitment

This is a full-time position.

The selected candidate is expected to work for 7 to 8 hours per day, for 5.5 days a week.

Salary

The salary offered for the role is between Rs. 5.1 LPA and Rs. 7.5 LPA.

Work Structure

CLATalogue follows a structured work system.

OKRs, or Objectives and Key Results, are used to align teams with medium-term and long-term goals.

KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, help each team member understand their specific responsibilities and deliverables.

The team also conducts short meetings and huddles to discuss major tasks, challenges and goals.

Project management and internal communication are handled through Basecamp.
